Capgemini buys the British agency 23red

PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Digital services group Capgemini announced on Tuesday the acquisition of 23red, a UK-based creative agency supporting clients primarily in the public and charity sectors. The transaction amount was not sent.

“23red specializes in developing brands and campaigns that positively impact people’s behavior and lives,” said Capgemini.

The deal was signed and completed on November 17. The 23red team will be integrated into frog, a subsidiary of Capgemini Invent, in the UK.
