Microsoft by Simplon training in artificial intelligence, in collaboration with Michelin and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, was inaugurated on Wednesday morning in Clermont-Ferrand.
This course has been developed in collaboration with Michelin, which will accommodate the students in its premises during the training period, and with support from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and Pôle Emploi. Five other companies are also project partners, including Capgemini, Accenture, Logiroad, Apside and Exakis-Nelite.
A professional and inclusive education
“Having this period in the company is really the strong point of the training for me.“explains Vincent, one of the students. Beyond theprofessional aspectsets the education as wellfocus on relational skills students by connecting technical skills and behavioral skills.
That diversity of profiles, in terms of age, but of course also represents one of the other special characteristics of the Microsoft AI School. The new boost thus includes more people in professional retraining who do not necessarily have significant experience in the IT area.
More 7,500 AI and Data Science specialists could be applied for before the end of 2023, according to OPCO Atlas, the competence operator for companies and employees in financial services and consulting.
