Through this agreement, Iron Mountain InSight enables its customers to benefit from end-to-end services, including the management of the entire lifecycle of their content, whether physical or digital, in order to accelerate their digital journeys and derive greater value from their data stored on AWS.
Iron Mountain InSight on AWS enables companies to accelerate their digital transformation through visibility and monitoring of their data, ensuring informed decision-making. The platform consolidates physical storage, scanning, collection and digital storage into a single operation, providing transparency into the location of physical and digital assets at all times. This reduces risk, promotes compliance, and gives businesses a centralized view of information now accessible on AWS. Iron Mountain InSight supports businesses at any stage of their digital journey, whether they are just beginning to digitize their physical assets or are striving to fully automate and transform their business, including creating a room intelligent digital document reception, driven by artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML). By using AWS AI/ML with Iron Mountain InSight, Iron Mountain will enable businesses to extract text and data from scanned documents in over 50 languages and many file formats including PDF, TIFF, Microsoft Office, and more. Iron Mountain InSight provides the ability to find and unlock the value of data stored on Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3).
