Microsoft Morocco and Mohammed Polytechnic VI University (UM6P) have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide Moroccan student developers, startups and SMEs with training content as well as technological resources and skills.
This collaboration will make it even easier for several target groups to gain access to new technologies, and will give those concerned the opportunity to acquire valuable skills in digitalisation, say the two parties. Microsoft will create a training program that will be dedicated exclusively to developers and will be accessible from the Microsoft Azure platform. The latter will be made available to students from UM6P and students from 12 other Moroccan and African universities.
Microsoft and UM6P will jointly establish a new general coding course that will take advantage of the educational expertise of 1337 and Microsofts to reach an even wider audience of learners, both in Morocco and in other African countries.
