A top adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin made a series of bizarre predictions for 2023 in a tweet on Tuesday, claiming the United States would enter a civil war and Elon Musk would emerge victorious.
Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of Putin’s Security Advisory Council, took to Twitter to share his “humble contribution” to what he thinks could unfold in the new year.
“Civil war will break out in the United States,” he said in a list of outlandish predictions. “California and Texas thus became independent states.
“Texas and Mexico will form an allied state,” he continued. “Elon Musk will win the presidential election in a number of states that, after the end of the new civil war, will have been given to the GOP.”

But Medvedev, a former Russian president and staunch supporter of war in Ukraine, didn’t just make startling predictions about the United States.
The adviser also predicted a series of stunning breakdowns within the EU, predicting that the UK will reverse its Brexit policy and join the EU, which will subsequently lead to its collapse and the demise of the EU.

He went on to say that Poland and Hungary will occupy Ukraine and that a “Fourth Reich” will be created, which will include “the territory of Germany and its satellites, i.e. Poland, the Baltic States, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Republic of Kiev and its satellites. other pariahs.”

Medvedev also brutally claimed that the stock market in the US and Europe would shift to Asia, before predicting that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank would collapse, ending the US dollar and the euro.
