Because in the heart of this summer 2022, attempts at fraudulent contacts and phishing attempts are increasing.

This type of scam attempts is not entirely new. What is, however, is the way in which the crooks rely on the health context: under the pretext of a premium payment, a reimbursement by the CPAM or even a survey of the insured who would have reacted badly to the vaccine against Covid-19, canvassers posing as agents of Social Security, the CPAM or the national health agency, are trying to collect personal details from individuals by telephone or via the internet (surname, first name, postal and email address) and bank (tax and credit card number). Report attempts

Faced with this situation, the Health Insurance reminds that, by telephone, sms or email, it will never ask for information such as your connection identifiers, your passwords (even temporary), your tax number, medical information, Social Security number or bank details. In some cases, to secure calls, Health Insurance advisers may request part of the bank details (RIB) but never all of it. Likewise, the messages you may receive within the Ameli account space are secure.

If you are victims of this type of fraudulent messages, you can report them:

• Reporting of the address of the phishing site to Phishing Attempt which will request the blocking of this site as well as its deletion.

• If it is an SMS, report it by telephone or SMS to 33 700. These services will block the sender of the message.

• If the fraudulent message is in the colors of FranceConnect, it should be reported by forwarding it to the following address: support.securite@franceconnect.gouv.fr
