Spin off/prequel to the trilogy (soon quadrilogy) John Wickthe miniseries Continental coming next year on Amazon Prime Video.
While it aired in the US on Peacock, Continental will arrive internationally in 2023 on Prime Video. Good news for Prime subscribers and fans of John Wick therefore, since this “series” of three episodes (90 minutes each) tells the origin of the Continental, a hotel that serves as a refuge for the underworld and the most powerful assassins in the world. We follow more precisely the career of Winston Scott, head of the establishment, embodied by Ian McShane in the films John Wick.
Double exit in sight?
The action takes place in New York in the 70s and follows the journey of young Winston Scott played by Colin Woodell (The Stewardess, The Purge, The Originals). Among other actors Mel Gibson is also in the gameplays a character named Cormac.
As for John Wick: Chapter 4 starring Keanu Reeves and it hits theaters on May 25, 2022. We think it would be smart to release Continental at the same time…
